Our Story

In 1951 Nick Covino opened up his Italian restaurant in Port Chester, NY. Nothing fancy, just great Italian food. Carrying on the tradition, in 1990, his son Joe opened his first Italian restaurant in Plano, Texas. Like dad's place, nothing fancy, just more great Italian food with a New York neighborhood flair.
